Making Online Review Work for You - Workshop for B&B’s
Firstcall Hospitality workshop details the ways to make online review sites work for you as an Accommodation Business. Whether it be avoiding bad reviews, promoting good reviews or making negative reviews bring in a new and improved clientele, the workshop gives you the skills and techniques. They aim to give you the tools to improve your ranking and score.
The duration of the workshop is 3½ hours with refreshments provided at the start of the session.
Afterwards there is an opportunity to ask further questions with membership of their Hospitality Helpline included free of charge for a period of 6 weeks from the date of the course and offered at preferential rates after this period.
