Red Rose Awards 2017 launched!

Businesses across Lancashire are being called on to enter the national award-winning Red Rose Awards, which will crown the county’s best firms across 26 categories.

The 2016 event, which was organised by Lancashire Business View magazine, attracted more than 1,100 of the county’s top business people for the celebration at Blackpool’s Winter Gardens in March.

The 2017 Awards will once again feature joint headline sponsorship, with Forbes Solicitors reaffirming its support since the awards were launched in 2011, and Barclays joining for a fourth consecutive year.

At the launch event, sponsored by Holmes Mill Clitheroe, Richard Slater, publisher of Lancashire Business View, said: “This event celebrates Lancashire business, provides the best possible platforms to promote success, and encourages trade in the county.

The Red Rose Awards is the event where Lancashire business, commerce and industry are celebrated. It provides the best possible platforms to promote success, and to encourage trade in the county.

It’s a night where we are reminded just how good Lancashire is. It’s a night when the spotlight is fixed firmly on nominated businesses – the heroes of the Red Rose Awards and the heroes of the Lancashire economy.

Since Lancashire Business View launched the Awards in 2011, they have steadily grown and become the centrepiece attraction for the business community in the county with the sell-out ceremony taking place at the magnificent Empress Ballroom at Blackpool’s Winter Gardens.

Red Rose Awards 2017 is now open for entries and will take place on 9 March 2017.
