Tuck into pie and mash whilst watching LightPool’s exciting new light shows

Posted in Start

As the cold nights are kicking in, a new tasty addition has popped up at the LightPool Village – pie and mash!

Pies The Limit is now operating from a unit on the Comedy Carpet, and council staff can take advantage of a discount on some tasty tucker.

Owner Natasha Williamson started her business earlier this year with help and advice from Blackpool Council’s Get Started team and since then, Pies The Limit
has gone from strength to strength.

The bespoke van visits a number of venues around the Fylde Coast offering shortcrust delicacies, accompanied by mashed potato, chunky chips, baked beans
and a variety of specially infused peas, such as minted garden or spiced with chilli.

Natasha said: “I am really excited to be part of LightPool Village and looking forward to serving all of our visitors. We’ve got a great range of pies,
mash and sides and it’s all at really affordable prices.

“I love Blackpool – it’s a great place to live and work. Blackpool Council’s Get Started team have helped with planning and that’s been a practical and
positive influence for me.

“It’s great to know that the businesses on the LightPool Village are all helping to make money for Blackpool Illuminations.”

Pie and Mash is open on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 5pm – 10pm
