When we first had the idea of starting our own business and entering the unknown world of business start-up, I’ll be honest we were slightly terrified about the prospect.
After turning 40 and spending 14 years out of the catering trade working in the Civil Service I made the big decision to return to my true passion – food. Only this time it’s going to be on my own terms by starting my own business. I’ve been an employee and a manager before but this time although I’m doing something I have a lot of knowledge about and passion for it’s with my own money and ultimately for my children’s future. It’s time to put my money where my mouth is.
