Karina Jadhav owns and operates her current concept Menagerie Restaurant & Bar, Salford which launched in August 2016. Having started out with no prior business training, Karina has gone from running a stall at Manchester’s Food & Drink Festival to creating a one-of-a-kind vibrant dining experience Menagerie, the 7000 square foot restaurant and bar; converges the genres of gastronomy, art, and performance, introducing the next level of immersive dining in the North West. Discarding traditional hospitality rules Karina devised a concept where experience was key at every step of the customer journey. Her vision for Menagerie was to to the guest to be taken beyond vibrant dining, providing a collection of dynamic experience. The restaurant has garnered international recognition for hosting a roster of celebrities including Justin Timberlake and Drake with stars such as Tyson Fury, Kevin Hart, Professor Green, Louisa Johnson & YXNG Bane performing at the restaurant. Menagerie also sets the scene for the Real Housewives of Cheshire. Karina is the former co-founder and creator of Neighbourhood, Victors and Southern Eleven Restaurants.
