About the Programme

These Skills Bootcamps are designed for enterprising individuals, self-employed, business leaders and their staff across Lancashire who are looking to develop their skills and to grow personally and professionally.

The programmes are intensive but flexible, delivered online, and focused on practical, real-world skills, including:

  • Developing a clear value proposition and winning new business
  • Building and executing effective marketing strategies
  • Using social media to increase visibility and engagement
  • Creating actionable plans to support business growth

Each programme also offers opportunities to connect with like-minded people and access ongoing support beyond the training.

Schedule Commitment: 2 x 3-hour sessions per week completes a total of 72 guided learning hours.

Tutor: Led by Thomas Jardine & Co – experienced leadership, sales and marketing specialists helping independent businesses turn strategy into action.

Direct networking: Meet the Entrepreneur sessions based on experience of independent business leaders.
