Shaping the future of culture in Blackpool

What we're asking

Blackpool has a proud cultural heritage from entertainment and creativity to community events and local traditions. We are exploring how culture can play an even bigger role in the town’s future, including helping shape Blackpool’s bid for UK City of Culture 2029.

This short survey asks about your experiences, views and ideas. Your feedback will help us understand what culture means to people locally, what matters most, and how it can benefit residents, communities and businesses.

If you have any questions or comments about this survey, send email to infusion@blackpool.gov.uk

GDPR and Data Protection

This survey is being conducted by Blackpool council’s in-house research service, Infusion, and will take around 5 minutes to complete. All responses are confidential. For details about how Blackpool council uses your data, view the council's privacy notice. Research findings will be presented in a summary report, which will be shared with Creative Blackpool.

Please click on the following link to complete the survey http://www.blackpool.gov.uk/SFCB

Please respond before 11:59pm, 05 July 2026.
