Join us for next Responsible Business Network meeting where we’ll be talking about sustainability.

We’re very excited to announce our keynote speaker for the event, Blackpool Pride of Place, Born & Bred Ambassador John Robb.

John is a Blackpool born musician, author and journalist, best known as frontman of post-punk band The Membranes and punk band Goldblade, as well as founder of the influential music and culture platform Louder Than War. Over a 40+ year career, he has written extensively on music and culture and was the first journalist to interview Nirvana.

Alongside his cultural work, John is also co‑founder of the Green Britain Academy, helping develop skills and opportunities for the UK’s low‑carbon future, bringing a unique perspective on how creativity, culture and behaviour can drive sustainable change.

Ahead of John, we’ll also welcome:

  • Steve Williams, Managing Director of Force Technology
  • Georgia Thomas, Sustainability Manager and Helen Spinks-Dear, Sustainability Officer at Blackpool Council.

We look forward to seeing you there!
