As part of our Leadership Development Series: How to Thrive in 2025, you are invited to come along to this flagship event featuring a keynote presentation on how to effectively plan for the year ahead as well as interactive sessions to help you kickstart your growth mindset.

You will be able to network with our Entrepreneurs in Residence as well as graduates from the first three cohorts of Help to Grow: Management at the University of Central Lancashire and hear how the programme has helped activate their business growth planning. We will also celebrate our latest cohort achieving successful completion of the programme!

*Eligibility

The programme is aimed at businesses ranging from between 5 and 249 employees, from any sector. The business must have been trading for over 12 months and the participant must be part of the Senior Leadership team.
