This fully funded programme is designed specifically for female founders and business leaders with the ambition to scale their business. With only 12 places available, this is a unique opportunity to grow with expert insight, tailored support, and a clear plan of action.

To be eligible for the Women’s Scaling Up Programme, leaders should:

• Be a female founder or female decision maker (Director level)
• Be based in Blackpool, Fylde or Wyre
• Have business premises and/or at least one employee
• Have an annual turnover of approximately £100,000
• Have a desire to grow further and be committed to scaling

The programme is expected to be in high demand as it goes beyond traditional business support. It’s a focused and practical roadmap for scaling, designed to challenge leadership and help shape strategic thinking.

Participants will benefit from tailored one-to-one mentoring from experienced business advisors, along with structured sessions to help sharpen business strategies, overcome barriers, and scale with clarity. The programme will support the next stage of business growth, whether that’s streamlining systems, strengthening teams, or boosting profitability.
