And when their website gets tens of thousands of hits per day, and yours get 200 a month – how do you ever compete?

Where do you begin trying to step away from reliance on OTAs
What resource do you need to be able to bring this function in-house and at what cost?
Understanding how data is king – email, SMS, SEO, social media and paid ads and CRM management
Loyalty scheme and using AI / tech to increase your productivity.
This session is designed for anyone already running a hospitality business – however, if you are a very small business where you are doing everything already, and you don’t have the resource to implement what is being learned, this may not be for you.
