Our Skills Bootcamp in Procurement is an intensive training programme that covers all essential aspects of procurement. Participants will learn about strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, ethical purchasing, and cost-saving techniques. The programme is designed to be practical and hands-on, ensuring that participants gain real-world skills that can be immediately applied in their roles.
10 Weeks: 1 session per week, available with a mix of face-to-face and online.
Cohorts: 3 cohorts taking place from 30th July 2024 to 6th January 2025.

Week 5 – 9am – 1pm: How & why procurement needs systems.
Week 6 – 9am – 1pm: Understanding numbers & analysis in procurement.
Week 7 – 9am – 1pm: Making connections.
Week 8 – 9:30am – 3.30pm: Goal setting and creating milestones.
Week 9 – 9:30am – 3:30pm: Meet the buyer + social value.
